Please read through our polices before placing an order.

 

Custom Orders: Custom orders are available. Please email mooluu_handmade@yahoo.com to discuss your order. A custom listing will be made. Custom Orders are confirmed once payment is received. NO changes can be made after this time.

Turn around times: Please allow 7 days for your item to be processed, custom orders are hand made by me and a turn around time of 2-3 weeks is usually required.

Material and fabrics are subject to availability.

Exchanges: Mooluu does not accept exchanges for change of mind, items will be replaced if defective or damaged.

Privacy: Your privacy is very important. All personal information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.
